1.oven มีขนาดความจุ 600 ลิตร โดยระหว่างผนังนอกและตัวตู้ในบุคั่นด้วยฉนวนใยแก้วกันความร้อนหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 8 เซนติเมตร โดยผนังด้านนอกมีอุณหภูมิสูงไม่เกินอุณหภูมิด้านนอกจนเป็นอันตราย,   ประตูเปิด-ปิดเป็นบานทึบ 2 บาน สวิงซ้ายและขวา ผนังด้านในและนอกทำด้วยโลหะไร้สนิม(SUS 304) หนา 1.2 มม.

ขนาดภายนอก กว้าง 130 ลึก 65 สูง 150 ซม.

ขนาดภายใน    กว้าง 100 ลึก 60 สูง 100 ซม.  

มีล้อขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 4 นิ้ว ติดด้านล่างตู้จำนวน 4 ล้อ 

2.สามารถปรับตั้งอุณหภูมิภายในตู้ oven ได้ทุกระดับ ในช่วง 5 °C เหนืออุณหภูมิห้องถึง 120 °C  โดยมีความคลาดเคลื่อน(Temperature Variation) ไม่เกิน + 1 Celsius , สามารถปรับตั้งค่า   และอ่านค่าอุณหภูมิ ได้ละเอียด  0.1 °C ให้ความร้อนด้วย heater ไฟฟ้าขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 4,000 วัตต์ ควบคุมความร้อนด้วยระบบ Solid State Relay

3.มีระบบหมุนเวียนอุณหภูมิภายในตู้ oven เป็นระบบพัดลม Centrifugal Fan เพื่อหมุน กระจายอุณหภูมิทั่วตู้
